We're nearing the one year anniversary of the day that the F3 tornado hit our town. It's definitely been a really crazy year for many people – some of it has been bad, and some of it has been good. I definitely get a little freaked out when thunderstorms come in over the lake, and I think everyone does, now. Only recently did some people even get to start re-building their houses because of insurance reasons. It's sad. But it's good to see progress. Stumbled on an "anatomy blog" showcasing breakdowns of [mostly] bad art to highlight how broken their anatomy is. Which is fine, it can be a great learning tool and exercise, but finding obviously stylized work by master character designers getting shat on by amateur artists is...frustrating**. Designs like these come from a shape-based theory of character design where anatomy doesn't matter as much as mood and implication. It's part of a design language stretching back to studios like Bauhaus and UPA. 2 new pets!!!!

They're beta fish.... yes I know so exotic. Anyway my mom and I saved them from at the collage but sadly we had to leave one man behind :( I named them Tangerine and Neely, I'm pretty sure they are both males but I have been calling Neely a girl oh well. I am terrified at the moment that Neely is sick with something because she won't eat and is very in active unlike Tangerine and I don't want her to die I have only had her for five days D:>  she doesn't even have a proper fish bowl yet! I'm also scared that I will kill her/them because I am a Noob at fish; I have never ever had fish before WHAT DO I DO GUYS HELP ME EVEN THE MOST BASIC ADVICE
